We are seeking a dedicated and passionate full-time Sales Representative who possesses unmatched people skills! This is not a desk job. This job covers Wilmington and surrounding Markets. The Sales Representative position requires someone who enjoys working outside of a cubicle and is comfortable talking to anyone. Responsible for selling products and services to commercial businesses within a service area. Qualified candidate will have at least 3 years of successful Business to Business Sales, and a Bachelor's Degree. Base pay will be between $55,000 - $65,000, not including commission pay or travel incentives. Total FY compensation of 75k-100K based on performance
Core Functions
Promotes our products and services to existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach. Work with potential clients to show how we can address their long-term needs.
Details of Function
- 80%: Generate new business for our products/services including, but not limited to, permanent front load and roll off services, temporary roll off services (typically for construction sites)
- 20%: Retain and grow existing customers through a proactive approach
- Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers
- Initiate calls and in-person visits to current and prospective customers
- Develop clear and effective written proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers
- Expedite the resolution of customer issues
- Analyze market potential and determine the value to our organization
- Knowledge of all services and products offered in each of our locations with great focus on Frontload Trash Services
Qualifications:
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced sales environment providing front line customer support
